As Project Manager for Wiltshire College I engaged the services of Coles in the summer to assist our own business support staff in decanting two large building’s worth of furniture, equipment and resources into new premises. This was a huge undertaking over a number of weeks and, not having used Coles before, represented something of gamble for the College; we needn’t have worried however, Matt Cole and his team rose to the challenge superbly, offering fantastic service, flexibility (in the face of ever changing demands!) and even taking the lead with solving many of the logistical issues that we faced. I can’t recommend Coles highly enough. Professional, pro-active, friendly and flexible all complimented by sheer hard work. I will certainly be using Coles again.

Matt, Ben, and Ollie did a removal for us back in December from our home in Bath to our new home in Southampton. They were extremely efficient and a very professional team. They had both vans ready to go within 3 hours of arriving at our property (this includes time taken to remove 2 doors and re-hang them due to an oversized sofa) and we were very impressed with the care they took when handling and loading the furniture into the vans. They put special blankets over all of the furniture and i have to admit i was pretty surprised as to how well they managed to pack it all into the vans! They unloaded everything into our new house, very promptly i must add, due to extreme rain, and, put everything in the required rooms before then moving it all into the positions we wanted it. They went out of their way to ensure that we could just sit down and relax that evening - we didn't have to worry about anything except for unpacking boxes - they even set up our computer for us. We are absolutely over the moon with the service provided and have already recommended them to my sister who is moving in a few weeks. Thanks Matt and your team for all your hard work, we really couldn't have got a nicer bunch of gentlemen for our move.
